Specialized Logistics Solutions (SLS) is a humanitarian logistics and WASH (Water, Sanitation & Hygiene) equipment supplier headquartered in Juba, South Sudan, with operations across East and Central Africa.
For over 35 years, we have delivered critical supply chain solutions in some of the world’s most challenging operational environments — from active conflict zones in South Sudan and the DRC to large-scale refugee operations in Uganda and Kenya. We supply water purification products (Aquatabs, P&G Purifier of Water), Oxfam steel tanks and flexible bladders, industrial pumps (Multiquip, Aussie Pumps), modular warehouses (Hallgruppen), meals ready to eat, and non-food items. As the authorised regional distributor for Butyl Products (UK), Multiquip, Aussie Pumps, and Hallgruppen, we provide our clients with manufacturer-quality products backed by in-country logistics: procurement, customs clearance, warehousing, and last-mile delivery to field sites across the region.

Where SLS Operates: South Sudan, East Africa, and Central Africa
SLS is headquartered in Juba, South Sudan, with logistics operations spanning East and Central Africa. We deliver to South Sudan (including remote field locations in Jonglei, Upper Nile, Unity, the Greater Equatorias, and other hard-to-reach areas), Kenya, Uganda, the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), the Central African Republic (CAR), and neighbouring countries.
Our Juba headquarters provides the in-country presence, customs expertise, and government coordination that remote international suppliers cannot replicate. During South Sudan’s 2024–2025 cholera outbreak, SLS deployed over 52 million Aquatabs (treating 1 billion+ litres of water) and 3.28 million P&G Purifier of Water sachets to more than 27,000 households — demonstrating the scale and speed of our regional logistics capability.
